I am a stay at home mother of 5. My husband and I struggle month to month to make ends meet. He works for a farmer and brings home $1100 after his deductions of taxes, child support and ira. I receive child support too $574 for my children from a previous marriage. He has two from a previous marriage that he pays child support for. With the prices of food, gas and just about everything it takes to live going up, I can barely get us by with the normal stuff let alone anything major. We have insurance on the kids but none for us. I went to the dentist a year and a half ago because I was in horrific pain. The dentist took care of the source of my pain at that time. He also did a dental analysis on me. He said, at that time, I needed around $2000 worth of work done! I have fillings that have cracked my teeth to where they fall apart if I eat anything very hard. I have several teeth in my mouth that are only partial teeth because of eating something and pieces of the toothe coming out. I am now getting a bad tasting fluid from these teeth. So I know that it is just a matter of time before I am in a lot of pain again! I can't afford to get the work done but yet health wise I can't afford not to do it. Hince my dalema.
